I am a biological scientist and I consider the role of a Teacher as an excellent opportunity to impart knowledge and also progress my teaching career in the UK. I scored A1 in English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science in my West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE). . I am very respectful and approach every aspect of my work with the highest standards of integrity. Throughout my teaching profession, I have always sought to understand the priorities of my students, their needs, abilities and limits therefore I will transfer these valuable traits in my work. I am very respectful therefore I respect the privacy and dignity of my students and this makes them always find me to be reliable and trustworthy. I use person-centred approach to recognize and trust human potential as well as providing students and everyone with unconditional positive attitude and encouragement for them to feel supported and included. . I am very kind and attentive to the needs of others, making them feel cared for. I am a very compassionate person and will respond to the pains and anxieties of my students with kindness. For instance, throughout my teaching profession, I have organized several extra classes and enrolled my academically weak students at no cost (free) just to ensure that they are able to catch up with the intelligent students in the class and complete the syllabus. I have also supported several of my students financially who came from poor homes and sometimes struggled to even get food to eat and also buy some textbooks. I believe these instances prove my desire of improving lives and ensuring the overall wellbeing of my students.
