I use an interactive teaching style that incorporates the students' preferred learning methods intertwined with my methods to create a good long-term understanding. This includes visual learning and test-based learning where I guide students through questions allowing them to do most of the mental processing required for questions but encouraging their advanced thoughts to emulate scenarios where I will not be there to think for them. My approach focuses on building a concrete understanding of the basics and then enhancing their mental processing to be able to think about HOW to answer questions rather than just spoon-feeding students methods to get an answer.
