I will prepare essay questions from your exam boards, which we will tackle together. We would plan the question, and I will give you pointers for what the exam board is looking for.

I will prepare you for your exams by not just revising the text or sample phrases, but how you come to certain conclusions in essays, and what the writer's intent is as well as the effect on the reader (which is what gets you A*). All of this will be mixed in with us looking at context and linguistic choices, and how you can use these in essays skilfully, without listing - which examiners do not like!
