Hi so lovely to meet you! My name is Samantha and I am a native English speaker. I have lived in the UK all my life and currently spend some of my time in the England and some of my time with my husband in Italy. I too am learning a language.... Italian. I look forward to meeting you and my approach is very friendly,. informal and comfortable. It is your time after all and we need to make the learning environment as pleasant as possible for you. After an initial discussion we will see what approach works best for you. My approach to teaching is more conversational, correcting your grammar along the way and discussing inflection and tone of voice. I will be guided by you as to what you feel you need regarding your lesson, and at the same time, as we discuss things together I will be able to see where there may be room for improvement too. I understand the feelings that can arise from learning a new language as I have been in your position myself. I know there are times with learning a language when it can seem so daunting but am confident that with my support, you will see that learning can be fun. Online language lessons are a great way of learning and although we may not be in a room together, its still a very personal one to one approach that works without even leaving your home.
