Sessions will take place on Zoom and delivered following the curriculum and my special tips in order to advise, help and guide your child through English.

There be some set work for the children to do during sessions will be assessed and discussed throughout sessions, as this personal, 1:1 deliberation will aid children with their writing techniques. The aim is to familiarise children with different writing styles and techniques to make sure as many specifications of the exam board/curriculum are being targeted through their work.

As a grade 9-9 student at GCSE, an A student at English Lit. A-level and a current English student at the University of Cambridge, I can also offer sessions to those predicted highly and help secure any gaps in knowledge preventing them from receiving the grades in which they aspire to achieve!

A friendly, productive environment is key to achieve our goal of improving test scores and overall grades. A key segment to my tuition is the development of a growth mindset so children are motivated to do their very best and understand their capabilities. Extra home tasks may be set to keep the consistency of our online learning maintained to the highest standard and make myself aware of any gaps in knowledge or areas where your child could benefit from additional focus on specific areas of the curriculum/exam board.
