I enjoy using a mix of written exercises, dialogue interactions and presentations in an attempt to engage my students whilst also creating an enjoyable and successful environment in which they are to learn and develop. Furthermore my use of questions created by myself individually tailored to my students allows me to both assess their levels of success and advancements whilst also being able to target areas of specific worry and difficulty. In marking I attempt to guide the student to discover their own errors and locations for improvement in order for students to feel they are able to control their own successes, gaining a greater sense of independence and self-pride than simply dictating changes. Moreover my lessons take a much more relaxed dynamic so that lessons are not something to be avoided but rather looked forward to, having found that the more engaged in a subject any student is, the more successful and driven they become.
