Especially at high school level, it is important to understand the requirements to reach the higher levels and improve the skills of the student to achieve the right qualities in order to get the best out of their efforts.
Annotating stories and poems, and being able to identify techniques and visualising themselves in the situation to improve their abilities.

With the background of sports science and a bachelors of science degree in sports performance analysis, I am able to understand most of the sports science topics, and I will also be able to research in advance of our lessons to get a good understanding.
