During my PGCE year, I taught Year 1's and Year 4's before graduating with a Distinction. I spent a year as a Year 4 teacher before leaving to develop my experience further. I have spent the last 3 terms as a supply teacher, teaching in inner city schools, providing exceptional teaching for all ages of primary school children from reception and nursery, up to and including Year 6 and SATS work. I support all levels of educational ability including children with emotional behaviour and adapt my teaching to fit a child's requirements.

I am passionate about education and ensure my lessons are engaging and progressive, while adhering to the National Curriculum. I believe strongly in enabling children to have the confidence to apply their new-found knowledge in a subject and often use real-world examples to better understand why this knowledge is useful and important.

I ensure my lessons and teaching approach are tailored to the individual thus ensuring the very best outcome for developing and improving their overall knowledge and to better inspire confidence in themselves and their subject(s).
