Hi there,

I'm Sam, as previously mentioned, I have a wealth of experience teaching and tutoring science to students aged 11 up to 18.

I aim to create a calm easy environment for you where you can ask questions, practice concepts and ultimately maximise your learning.
My tutoring lessons all follow a similar format but tailored to the needs of you, the student.
If there is a particular topic you are struggling on then we can focus on that, breaking it down to its fundamental concepts to make it easier for you to understand, before building it back up into the styles of questions that you will see in exams.

If you are struggling or just want some help with a more general area of science, be it Chemistry, Physics or Biology then I have structured lessons designed to work through the subject as a whole.
We will start by going over the concept for the lesson, then going over some worked examples before finally you will tackle some exam questions.
This final step is the most important, students need to be able understand how to answer exam questions and maximise their marks because ultimately that's how they are assessed. Together we will break down these exam questions and make them easy to understand and answer.

If you want more work, I will set homework for you to complete in your own time and we will look through and unpick any mistakes in the following lessons.
