The science of muscle building is something I have been researching for a long time now and have expanded my knowledge so I can teach others how to train and eat properly according to the research.
Muscle building, I have personally spent 10+ training in the gym from doing circuit training classes all the way through to bodybuilding training. As well as going through stages of muscle gaining and fat loss, I have adapted over the years to be able to do both.
Nutrition, this is something which I think is the most ever changing part of the fitness industry as we are learning more each day, whether this part is for muscle building or for fat loss I will be able to direct you. Even when it comes to other diets be it low carbon keto, carnivorous or vegetarian diets, these are parts that are ever growing and changing as new studies and science come out for these constantly with new pros and cons for each.
Overall if there is any part of this industry you need help with if you an aspiring trainer, someone looking for help for themselves personally, or a company looking for information for their employees, my knowledge and passion for the subject with help everyone move in the right direction.
