I am a graduate of Biochemistry from King’s College London and have 3 years of experience tutoring in a tuition centre as well as private tuition.

My approach to tutoring is:
- To be consistently supportive of all students, and to encourage their engagement and understanding of each topic and to feel comfortable.
- Create bi-weekly reports on student progression and challenges, and to set them objectives/homework to enable them to succeed in overcoming their challenges.

I can tutor online, but I believe in person is more beneficial to the student for a structured lesson and building discipline and confidence.

My tutoring method is tailored for each student's requirements.
- For exam preparation, where sessions will consist of understanding typical exam questions and how to approach an exam paper, as well as identifying weak areas in the subject so the student can tackle these issue before exams.
- For catch-up, if a student is falling behind in a subject in many areas, these sessions focus on teaching the student all the content they have missed. If there is a range of topics the student hasn't covered, I will typically start by assessing their strengths and weaknesses and begin with the easiest content and slowly move up to more difficult content.
- For improving the student's grade with no specific goal of exams or catch-up lessons, I will typically follow their school curriculum, and focus on aiding them in better understanding the content they are currently studying, e.g. going through their homework with them and covering topics they have just studied.
