Describe your arrangements for online tutoring. - Lesson will take place over Zoom by sharing my computer screen with the student via video call. Student will see everything I am doing on the screen as well as myself and can ask questions at any point in the lesson and get an instant reply from me. I well send them the date, time and code for the meeting few days before the lesson and remind them a day before.
I believe the key to succeeding in your exams is applying your knowledge to each question effectively and according to smart exam techniques, hence, my lessons will comprise of an in-depth teaching session, covering all necessary points of the relevant specifications, and then applying these knowledge after with guided practice on how to ace answering exam questions! I will be using PowerPoint presentations, as well as live, written and diagrammatic and interactive explanations in explaining topics and to supplement and consolidate all content.
Having achieved A*s and A's for both Chemistry and Biology A-Level, I discovered strategies which, if applied by any student, enable no less than the top marks. I am enthusiastic to share these learning methods and secrets to my students, just as much as I am passionate about the subjects I teach and this will be clear in my style of communication and teaching. I ensure to cover all students' concerns and questions, whether this be with class/homework help or exam help and promise to make what seems difficult, extremely easy.
