I believe each child learns differently, therefore I do not have a set formation for all of my lessons. However, I do have a few main principles which I ensure I incorporate into all of my lessons.
I will commence the lesson with a clear overview of what the lesson will entail. usually in the form of lesson objectives. Following this I will begin teaching the specific content of the lesson. I constantly ask questions to the students to ensure full engagement throughout the entirety of the session. Past paper questions and questions I write myself are used in conjunction with the content, to not only provide me with an understanding of their progress, but to give the students a good taste of what they should expect in future examinations.
