The mindset to get through hard times I try to teach to be relax mind then get on the work and smash it.
Whatever you do give it your 100% then you’ll see the result giving you success in return. Nothing you can gain by thinking untill you work hard for it. It's like if you really want something then you should take action for that however you got no result at first time, second time or even third time do not be frustrated. Giving up is not your job but carry on and set up to be hard as rock. It's not about getting physically strong but mentally. Your brain is your gift as a human. You need to work on the brain to explore for more. Talking people about yourself is not gonna give you anything but talking with yourself will. A day if you give yourself to train yourself it is the day you will remember after you gain the ultimate pathway of success. Always try to play something to be active and having energetic body it makes you get stronger. Try to run 10,000 steps a day. Have 2.5ml minimum amount of water a day as well. Take a good amount of protein to get a healthy body. If you sweat in practice in whatever you play try to get recovery by relaxing your body (sleep or Swimming) Be with your friend have quality time and laugh. Meet new people learn new thing after that busy day try make whole day flashback about what you did.
