I often make the teachings very interactive where I tend to make the candidate ask questions, raise concerns and solve the problem. I also tend to use game based learning for primary kids to make sure the candidate remembers the concept well. After every session, I make sure the candidate provides me a summary of the concept as well as provide homework to reflect their understanding.
