Hello, its me Sagar Paudel and i am fond of teaching activities. I do have keen interest in motivating, guiding and delivering lectures to the students in various Subjects. Basically, i use different techniques like graphs, diagrams, charts and even short- cut keys to make students clear on the specific subject matter. I also encourage students for group discussions and team work to make the teaching and learning process more effective and efficient. I don't give stress to the learners rather i teach them with great zeal and enthusiasm. I tell learners to do smart work rather than hard work. Conceptual clarity is utmost for educating the learners. In my point of view, conducting quiz and question answer session are fruitful for the students to learn, unlearn and relearn. Apart from the bookish knowledge, we should give some extra tips and techniques so that it would be easy for them to learn.
In a nut shell, teaching and learning process are the two sides of the same coin so while educating childrens, we should read the psychology what they are wanting and we should provide conducive atmosphere for effective learning process. Timely assessment should be done to know the progress of the students and they should be praised for good work so that they can give their best efforts. Prizes and incentives should be given to motivate them for better learning. Teaching in dynamic environment is crucial aspect for developing the inner power, confidence and capability of the students. Thankyou.
