Sagar Kandel

Currently, I am doing MSc. in Microelectronics and communication Engineering. And I worked as a Graduate Electronic Engineer for more than 2 years and got promoted to supervisor level. Thus, I have proficient knowledge in Mathematics, computer and science (especially physics). Besides, I taught computer science to secondary level students for a year in Nepal while I worked as private tutor for more than a year. Thus, I do possess teaching skills as well.
I do not believe in course plan that applies for all students. Rather, I like to understand the student properly, and the prepare course plan and materials accordingly. Additionally, I am advocate of interactive and creative teaching style. For an instance, I will prepare creative Power point presentation as well as gather some videos relevant to the subject matter. I believe that a students should understand, get involved and enjoy the subject. Less speech more interactions, less boring to-do lists, more creative materials, and less about how I teach more about how a student understands and enjoys are major milestones of my teaching technique.
