My experience with online tutoring has been really good and with time I am more experienced, my skills are improved in many ways as I believe you learn more when you teach. My method of online tutoring includes encouraging contact between students and faculty. I also prefer to use active learning techniques, which includes structured exercises, challenging discussions, completing assignments. I also encourage students to give me prompt feedback as, it benefits students in different ways also assure their presence in the class. students need chances to reflect on what they have learnt. communication with your students in class motivates the performance of students and also the keeps the environment of class active.
I prefer listening to the student point also, it encourages students and make them confident enough to ask whatever is in their mind, in this way it helps students define their own objective.
