One we have met will make a personalised plan built aroud the particular students needs together, What their goals, When they would like to reach these goals and where they plan to be with their English skills by the end of our time together. That way I can addapt to the studients indidual way of learing to create the best outcome for those involved. We will start each lesson with a learning objective, then working though it together making sure to stay at the pase of the indidual. We will also play word games and puzzles to mix up the learning and every lesson will end in a little test of all the things we covered just to be sure the infomation is being digested. I will always allocate time during the session for any further explanation and guidance if need be.
