Some people might think that working out at home is not as effective as going to the gym and lifting weights for hours, but that is not true. Home workouts can be as challenging as you want them to be, and I'll prove to you you don't need to work out to the extreme to see results. Have you seen the bodies of ballet dancers of calisthenic people? They are ripped and they work out mainly using body weight! So whether you want to workout with no equipment, or minimum equipment such as resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells, we can discuss your goals and I'll design a routine for you!
