I am a dedicated and passionate mathematics student, committed to helping others strengthen their math skills. With a strong academic background, including achieving a grade 8 at GCSE and a grade B at A-level in mathematics at a grammar school, I am now pursuing a bachelor's degree in mathematics at Queen Mary University of London. I bring both my experience and enthusiasm to tutoring students, particularly those in primary school and Years 7 to 11. My ultimate goal is to provide students with the support, encouragement, and guidance they need to excel in mathematics.

My teaching methods are highly personalised. I tailor each lesson to focus on the areas where students feel least confident, ensuring that their specific needs are addressed. I utilise screen sharing through Google Meet to provide clear, real-time explanations and step-by-step guidance. Before each session, I communicate with students via email to identify their requested topics, allowing me to prepare targeted lessons that maximise their learning experience.

My lessons are designed to be interactive and engaging. I strongly encourage students to actively participate by asking questions and solving problems with me. This collaborative approach helps solidify their understanding of concepts before we move on to new material. In addition to teaching, I'm able to share valuable exam tips and strategies, drawing from my own experiences with GCSE and A-level exams. These insights will help students develop effective study habits and succeed in their assessments.

Throughout every lesson, I maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere. My aim is to make math not only less daunting but also enjoyable for students. Whether we’re tackling challenging new topics or reviewing previously learned material, I focus on building their confidence and fostering a deep understanding of key mathematical concepts, thus ensuring that students leave each session feeling more accomplished and confident in their abilities.
