Being in this field for now over 10 years my aim is to provide complete attention to every student of mine. I try to focus on the strengths of a student which helps me to boost the confidence of my students. Once the confidence is boosted I focuses on the weakness of a student in a particular subject or an area and try to overcome that weakness and convert it into the strength. Once strength is achieved we practise with the help of past exam questions and my own prepared assessments. This practise makes a student a complete grip on the subject and the students starts loving the subject and it kind of becomes an attachment with the subject. Plus my practical experience also helps alot which brings in real life examples and scenarios which helps the student better understanding and also getting a practical exposure of a certain matter.
