A quick introduction to the topic that the student would like to revise, I then proceed to take certain points (I like to call them LO’s) and dive deeper into them. With each LO i will show the student a range of past paper questions of different difficulties so they can get accustomed to exam style questions. At the end I will provide a short summary and set the student homework. I like to adapt my teaching according to the students learning style, for example if a student learns best with diagrams and images, I will make sure that how I describe my points is by implementing such things to ensure that the student grasps the concept.
