Experience

I have a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, a Master's Degree in Mathematics and I am currently pursuing my PhD research in Robotics at the University of York.

Teaching Methods

I am a patent and engaging teacher. I know how to explain challenging concepts with simple language. I focus on practical problem solving first so that the student can understand in an intuitive way. Once they have an intuitive knowledge and feel more familiar with the material then the deeper theoretical explanation make more sense. I try to instil a curiosity in my students that may benefit them for years to come. I believe it is important for students to know how what they learn in school becomes useful so I also explain how they might use this knowledge in the context of various careers.
