Throughout my time as an English teacher, I have tried various teaching styles. I have found that talking and engaging with students is the best way to maximise learning. My classes will be mostly conversational, based on grammar and vocabulary that we have learned together. I love playing games and speaking with all my students.

Throughout our classes, we will focus on different types of grammar, I will explain how and when these are used, and you will then complete activities practising this. The same happens for vocabulary and hopefully, we will put the two together and be able to have some great conversations in class together.
I use textbooks, websites, videos and games to make our classes fun and dynamic. No matter what your level is there will be something guaranteed to help you.

I am very lucky that I have a diverse teaching experience which enables me to help almost anyone improve. In my classes I have adapted the content to best suit my students, we have focussed on housing vocabulary and read adverts for those who are moving somewhere new, or even had role-play job interviews to practise for real-life scenarios that may happen to you.
My principal aim is to ensure you get the absolute most from my classes and you can notice the progress you are making. I will measure your progress based on homework and check-ins with you so I can tailor my classes and give you helpful feedback to help you meet your targets.
