Thank you for clicking on my profile! My name is Ruwaydah and I'm currently in my 4th year of Medicine at Cardiff University. Throughout my school years, I've used many revision techniques to secure top grades and I'd love to share my knowledge. From securing the foundations of a topic to using spaced repetition and active recall to stick it to memory, I cater my lessons to the individuals focusing on their personal learning styles. I use a mixture of PowerPoint presentations, worked through examples and drawings, and detailed model answers to exam questions to help my students feel confident and supported in their revision. As well as this, I take care in making sure my students benefit the most from our lessons, by giving them additional work to support their learning and offering tailored plans to add structure to their revision. I prepare my lessons to be engaging and always end with practice questions to develop exam techniques. And finally, NO question is a silly question, I am always on board to explain concepts and answer any doubts you have.

By studying medicine at university, I can offer perspective to students and share my experiences on how abstract concepts can shape real-life examples which further helps solidify difficult concepts. I have tutored for 2 years, assisting many students to achieve their potential and making them feel more confident in their exams. I also offer training to support students applying to Medicine and am happy to guide them through the process.
