Thank you for checking out my profile and I'm excited to begin this new journey with you.

My name is Rutik and I am a music graduate from the University of Manchester. I began my musical journey at the age of 14, which may seem quite late, however it's never too late. Now I have been playing the piano for 7 years and have performed in multiple showcases over the years and I must say it's been a rollercoaster. Now I am freelancing as a composer/pianist with an ambition to go into film music.

MUSIC
I offer online piano lessons. These online lessons – usually via Zoom or FaceTime – can be a great way to learn the piano and study music from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world. You can use your own piano in a familiar and relaxed environment that is COVID-safe. You can also dictate your own pace and level of learning, reinforced with online learning tools. I aim to enhance your music/piano experience by making lessons as enjoyable as possible. We will keep lessons interactive and focused on you and your preferences. We will either follow ABRSM or Trinity dependent on what you prefer, as well as learn any compositions or songs you have a particular interest in. I will answer any questions you may have relating to your piano practice or other music-related questions as you do, rather than having to wait a week to ask me.

COMPOSITION
This Is an opportunity for you to share your work with me. In our session, we will discuss how to improve your writing, music notation, use of harmony and instrumentation and other components to take your composing skills to the next level.
We will also discuss how to further explore your ideas and themes.
