Ruth Pearson

I have studied Psychology for 12 years. My speciality is in behavioural psychology. I have conducted research in parenting, bullying, and healthy eating in schools. I have a passion for applied research and in sharing my knowledge of statistical methods.
Lesson's will be personally tailored to suit your specific needs and style of learning. All my lessons will be one to one and online. The content of each lesson will depend on your year of study, I work with GCSE, A-Level, and Undergraduate students.
I believe learning should be fun, and work in empowering my students to realise their own knowledge and competence. Building confidence in their own abilities, and teaching methods to enable them to think outside the box to achieve those higher grades.
Lessons will be interactive as I believe that by engage the learner in the development of their own learning helps them to focus on the areas that really need the extra input.
My teaching environment is a relaxed, safe space for students to have fun with learning.
