I believe in a student centred approach and I have the patience, empathy and enthusiasm to teach my subjects. I believe in meeting the individual needs of the students I teach and I change my approach depending on the way my students learn. I have had a lot of success over the years with students obtaining high grades in Acccess to HE, mainly distinctions. In A level my students gained A to C grades. I believe in working together and preparing students with the skills to become an independent learner.
