Simply put, my lessons always place the students at their heart. After all, they are the ones who should benefit from them!
As a young person myself, I understand that not everyone learns in the same way and, as part of my classes, I strive to find the best way for individuals to learn, then suit my methods around that.
As a teacher of drama and acting, practical methods are a must! Whilst teaching online can create a few obstacles in doing that, I have found tried-and-tested methods that are fun for everyone!
At 22 years old, I have found that my youthful, friendly demeanour is vital when establishing connections with my students. This relatability and connection is beneficial in my lessons. Thanks to this, students are more relaxed and we learn so much more together.
In my career, I have experience as a writer, actor and director, moving into teaching after graduation. This experience guides my teaching, particular my ability to impart words of wisdom on to my students, particularly influenced by my time at drama school.
I am able to plan and deliver my lessons around the needs of my students. Do you want a programme of lessons to examine a text you are studying for your GCSEs? No problem. Do you need an hour to perform and receive feedback on an audition monologue? I can give that. Do you even need someone to break down a scene and run lines with? I can do that, and so much more.
If you are interested in my services, please do get in touch! I would love to talk about what I can offer you further.
