I am a second year student at the University of Oxford studying BA Russian. I received an A* in AQA A-level French and A* in Edexcel
A-level Russian. I have taught Russian and French up to A-level standard for the last couple of months.

The first lesson is free as I take the time to understand your goals and expectations. Depending on the level of the student and needs, I would teach grammar, reading, writing, and speaking to GCSE and A-level standard. I teach grammar by going through exercises from textbooks, I would then set work after the lesson to be submitted before each lesson, consolidating on the topics covered. For more intermediate speakers I try to teach in the language to improve oral comprehension as well as working on pronunciation.

For reading comprehension I will use various texts of different topics e.g. day-to-day conversation, travel, politics, culture, school etc. ranging from formal settings to informal and conversational settings.

I also work on listening skills by using audio exercises on various topics just as I do for reading comprehension.

My teaching is not only limited to passing exams but also for general use and to be able to converse with native speakers. In addition, I can help with university applications or interviews and other related applications.

An important note: all my lessons are done online.
