For IELTS teaching: I can create slides of vocabulary, grammar, and exam skills based on students' weaknesses; combine test skill teaching with doing practice tests together in class; create visual pre-teaching plans and post-teaching feedback to students; create personal study profiles for students, helpe achieve minimum 2 levels up in students' IELTS results.

For English as foreign language learning: I can independently plan, prepare, and deliver curriculum to students of all ages; deliver student-centered lessons with a strong emphasis on developing oral communication; fully take part in EFL teacher’s work including safeguarding, take placement tests, complete in-class activities, join teacher development meetings and observations.
