I encourage children to grow their ideas, so if they suggest something i will question them further so they can dig deeoer and exoand on their original answer. I always address misconceptions learnt if arisen, or to prevent them from happening i will address wrong ways of doing things and what could happen. I do not move on until a child has understood a concept. Every child has their own pace and this is fine. I believe in fostering a safe and educating environment. Lessons should be fun and engaging when they can be. I believe in developing strong relationships with my children so i can jnderstand them more. I believe in collaborative learning and working with the child during teaching so if they get stuck they can stop me and overcome something they are not clear on.
