Each lesson will be one-to-one with the student. I prefer to do lessons online, but can travel within 2km of Seven Sisters/South Tottenham.
The online lessons will be conducted via Zoom, and I am very flexible with my schedule (I cannot do Tuesdays or Fridays).

The lessons will be personalised to each student’s learning - it is useful for the student to bring topics and work that they are currently learning/struggling with, so that I can prepare a range of revision resources and past paper questions to work on during the lesson.

I like to use critical thinking skills to help my students solve mathematical problems, and tailor explanations creatively to build their understanding about the many topics they will be assessed in. Throughout each lesson we will begin with more basic questions to reinforce the skills needed in each topic, then link each of these together with more complex questions worth more marks in the exam.
Not only will I help the student build upon their mathematical knowledge and understanding, but confidence in their abilities, too.

I achieved a Grade 8 in GCSE Maths and Grade 7 in GCSE Statistics (A* and A respectively). During A Levels I studied both Maths and Further Maths, however I decided to pursue my passion for music after my first year. Despite this, my interest in maths only flourished and I successfully tutored some friends to re-sit GCSE Maths last year.

I tutor SATS/GCSE level students, but all ages and abilities are welcome!
