Ruby in a nutshell
I have been tutoring for just over two years, and I am very passionate about it. Since I've started University and moved away from home, I am looking for some more students to tutor online!

The usual format of my sessions are as follows:
- Run-though of this session's content and a chance to ask any questions about previous sessions

The usual format of my sessions are as follows:
- Run-though of this session's content and a chance to ask any questions about previous sessions
- Explain new concepts and ideas
- Apply new concepts to practice questions together
- Learn and practice exam skills

No format is ever set in stone- the main focus of my sessions is to discover underlying gaps in knowledge and tackle any problems! I will always teach to the student's needs and any feedback is always welcome!

Ruby tutored me in maths and chemistry on the upcoming months to my gcse exams. I was able to improve from a predicted grade of 5 in my chemistry to a 6 and in my maths I received a 5 in mocks and achieved a grade 7. Without this Ruby's amazing tutoring I would have never been able to achieve these grades and I am so grateful! Ruby was a brilliant tutor for maths, physics and chemistry, she was really friendly and was easy to talk to and to ask questions. Whenever I needed more time on a topic she'd explain it again no matter how many times I asked. With Ruby, my grades in these subjects were transformed brilliantly in a very short time and it allowed me to spend more time with my other subjects for GCSE.
