I am a highly qualified and experienced 47 year-old Italian linguist and lecturer in Italian as a Second Language, with 11 years of international experience both in Italy and abroad (Serbia, Australia, Turkmenistan, China, Guatemala, Hungary), both remotely and on-site. I have a Ph.D. in Linguistics and Language Teaching.
As an experienced online Tutor, my equipment is perfect: high speed internet (I can send a screenshot of my speedtest), headset, camera, and so on. I am very familiar with Zoom, GoogleMeet, Teams, Skype, and MyCam. I love to find new teaching methods and new features that can improve my online classes. I have experience as IT helpesk so I am can easily handle unexpected and challenging technical problems.
On a personal level, I am sympathetic, patient and capable of dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds. I am very independent, rational, reliable, punctual and hardworking. I have strong communication and intercultural communication skills, and great attention to detail.
