I support and encourage a collaborative, safe, and inclusive environment to learn, ask questions, and engage in various ways to learn new material! I look to accommodate all learning styles by actively listening and working with students to determine the best approach. I look forward to learning together!

Online we will use a variety of tools and applications to explore a broad and diverse range of historical topics. I have been very fortunate to travel extensively around the world and teach/tutor in a variety of professional and volunteer environments.

Examples include
- interactive maps
- interactive activities and games
- virtual whiteboards to flesh out ideas and concepts
- polls and questionnaires to better understand what content is most helpful and tailored to what you want to learn
- opportunities to give short presentations that reinforce what we've learned. As a bonus you'll improve your public speaking skills, gain confidence and be able to use these skills in any situation!
