The first lesson will be getting to know you, showing me your art work, we can point out strengths and areas to adapt/work on! Then we can discuss where you are at in terms on level of confidence in art.

Fundamentals of Art: We'll start by focusing on the fundamental principles of art, such as composition, perspective, colour theory, form, and shading. Understanding these foundational concepts is crucial for creating visually appealing and well-executed artwork.

Technique Development: I'll guide you through various techniques and mediums based on your interests. Whether you prefer graphite, charcoal, watercolors, acrylics, or other mediums, I can help you refine your skills and explore different approaches.

Artistic Exploration: We'll delve into different styles, genres, and art movements, examining the work of renowned artists throughout history. This exploration will help you broaden your artistic horizons and develop your own unique artistic voice.

Constructive Feedback: As you create artwork, I'll provide constructive feedback to help you improve. We'll analyse your strengths, identify areas for growth, and discuss strategies to enhance your artistic expression and technical abilities.

With all this, I can teach you how to annotate your own work and reflect on your work. We will also look at what constructive criticism is and how to apply it in your work.
