Rosie Newton

I have been a supply teacher in Glasgow for a number of years where I have taught all stages in different primary schools. This means I have experience in a range of different teaching methods so I can adapt each of my lessons to suit the needs of your child. I also have my own resources which I am happy to share.
I aim to deliver engaging lessons that encourage your child and give them more confidence in their work. I am adept at using technology and have experience using play in younger years.
I also teach Third Level (1st year high school) to children who may wish for extra support in the transition to high school.
I am a creative person who believes in creating engaging lessons that are personally tailored to each child and can help support them in their schooling. I am flexible and happy to discuss any lessons further and provide a comprehensive lesson plan for each session.
My focus is on providing strategies that your child can learn to use independently and give them the confidence to use these in class!
