I have been in business for myself for 20 years and have worked as a Labour consultant where i have had to instruct many people on how to compile correspondence and documents which are suitable for both business purposes and legal purposes.
It is a priority in business to keep clear records of information which has flowed, as well as to keep up to date with this. It is equally important that people who operate in a business environment are able to fully comprehend documentation which is presented and or addressed to them to ensure that they both understand their rights and any instructions contained within documentation.
