Generally I don't believe following a particular methodology because it's completely depends the person front of you.
I don't like following it because same strategy does not work for everyone,it varies person to person how the person get things.
There are some of my basic formulas that's how I do my job done with honesty:-

-first of all i firmly believe having a certain level of understanding towards each other is the one of basic necessities.

-Seconly I encourage the person for asking questions,raising questions and also I do appreciate if the person answers my question right.

-thirdly I try to start teaching from the basics so that person can be confident enough for learning.

-Fourthly I make sure that person revise study material weekly.

-fifthly I conduct test,surprise test and also I keep asking questions during the class so that student be more attentive towards class.

-sixthly I keep my aura positive,make and share friendly environment so that person be more comfortable with me.

My idiology of teaching is all about 'UNDERSTANDINGS' I firmly believe that if the tutor doesn't understand student and the student doesn't understand tutor,it can never work out.
My idiology is different because I think differently.

My past experience with teaching was absolutely good.I quit my job because of my higher studies.I was busy in studying for myself that's why I have to quit the job first because it was hard to manage study and teaching both and I don't want to take any of them granted basically I want to be responsible for both of my work.
