I’m a life and business Coach certificate with ICF, International Coach Federation; I want to make myself available as much as I can, to do all activities, with love, commitment, determination and open minded, as this is what I want to be involve with, now and for my future work area.
I want to use my competences to motivate the youth to believe in themselves and recognize their talent.
I’ve been participated to three Erasmus plus project and 3 month of European Solidarity Corps program and they were the proof of my learning improvement, self-development and self-esteem.
During these training I learned techniques concern the methods" learning by doing approach" applied for make the youth be more aware of their capacities and their potential.
As coach I will be very delight to use them for all the activities, as I tried it with myself and with others and the result was truly evident.
I also had experience to coach refugee women in asylum's centre to develop their self-esteem and to believe in themselves to provide a new life without any judgment or repression.
I've spend 23 years in Italy, 2 and half in England - 3 and half in Australia and 3 months in Bulgaria so my languages skills are well based thanks to all this experience and I can also provide session in Italian, Spanish or French if it's need it.
