Generally I like to focus lessons on either written or oral proficiency.

For speaking focused classes, the goal is to have you be able to practice your conversation skills as much as possible - though I will provide corrections and suggestions for fluency, grammar, and style, I want to focus on speaking rather than lecturing. For the content of these lessons, you can decide what you'd like to discuss if there is something you have in mind, and I can prompt you with different questions, or I am happy to create thematic lessons for more general discussion.

For writing focused lessons, you can bring a piece of writing you are working on, or a specific prompt, and we can work together to edit, create a draft, or finish a piece. This lesson may involve more grammar and style work, with focuses on professional English and fluency.
