I love to begin with 5 minutes of general chit-chat, a catch up on your week, and how your life is going! From there, we can delve into whatever topic of conversation you wish to cover, ranging from small talk to business expressions and conversation. I am interested in virtually anything, so will be happy to talk across a wide range of topics.

My preferred way to teach is to paraphrase your sentences. So I will type almost everything you say as a transcript, and then after every 5-10 minutes, have a break and rephrase your sentences, that way learning about grammar and sentence structure, as well as offering up natural sounding English phrases to improve on what you already know. I am super receptive to questions and feedback, and so any queries or worries you may have, I will do my absolute best to ensure you have your needs met.

I am currently in my 4th year of a modern languages degree at the university of exeter, so I really do understand how tough it can be to master a language. Through learning Spanish, living in Spain, alongside tutoring speakers from all over the world, I feel well equipped to deliver fun, interesting, and good value lessons that will truly accelerate your ability to grasp English.
