The key to learning is engagement! This is why I ensure my lessons are as entertaining and engaging as possible to ensure that full attention is captured and, therefore, full potential can be reached. It is of vital importance to me that time is used wisely and that as much practice time is provided as possible to ensure progress is made.

I use a range of techniques that will inspire and encourage a safe and positive learning environment. Each lesson will have a theme and a clear structure which will be rigorously modelled before initiating independent practice from the student. Modelling and copying have been proven to be the fastest and most effective method of learning. I shall provide both oral and visual feedback and tips on how to improve further as well as provide fun and engaging games to summarise the learning.

Each lesson shall start with a warm-up game on what was taught previously to assess strengths and misconceptions. Each lesson shall end in a cool-down game to summarise what we have learnt in today's lesson. The difficulty of the lesson will vary depending on the students' progress which will be regularly assessed.
