Lessons will focus on understanding topics rather than memorising facts.
The best way to apply knowledge is to understand it and therefore link it. I will teach you ways to link topics and find patterns which will help you learn topics easily and apply your knowledge for the higher mark questions.

My aim is to help you enjoy your subject like me, this is the only way you’ll want to study.
Without liking your subject you’ll procrastinate, have a lower confidence in your ability during the exam and ultimately not achieve the grade you have been working towards over the +2 years.


Have you come across teachers going on off-topic tangents?

Yes the things they’re talking about are interesting, but it is key to focus on material that you will be assessed on.
Even if you display high levels of knowledge and understanding in your answer, unless that point is in the mark scheme, it will not get you any marks and will therefore be a waste of your precious time.
I will focus on the specification published by the exam board so you can be sure that anything you learn will be relevant to you.
