- Relevant Qualifications and Experience -
I have a Level 3 Diploma in Life Coaching and 18 months' experience supporting and encouraging students within school settings as a Teaching Assistant. I'm also in the process of completing an advanced Diploma in Life Coaching in order to gain professional accreditation status.
In addition to this, I have coached young people between the ages of 13-18 in order for them to feel more confident and motivated towards their studies and life in general.
- Format -
Coaching sessions take place online, via the zoom platform for a duration of one hour. Students may wish to have a single session or a series of appointments (depending on their needs and aspirations).
- Dynamics of the sessions -
Session 1 - We'll look at professional ways of working together and specific dates and times (if the student is having regular sessions). The first session will also focus on what the student wishes to achieve.
Session 2 onwards - The student will attend each session prepared to discuss their goals and the progress made, any 'small wins' they've had during the week and to talk through any blockages or obstacles that they may be facing.
I will work closely with the student to remove any self-limiting beliefs and encourage a growth mindset and seek to motivate and empower the student to reach their full potential.
Goals will be set at the end of each session so that the student is able to work towards their objectives in a consistent and measurable way. All students are advised to be active participants in this transformative process in order to receive maximum results.
