Well thats where I come in to bridge that gap! I have 5 years of experience as a Private Tutor. I tailor a plan to suit the students needs. If you are looking for a Tutor to get GCSE exam ready and achieve your target grades, I am able to cover most exam board content and will emphasise exam practice. I start with a mini assessment to gauge where you are and what level you are working at and go from there. I can also follow your school syllabus and boost your confidence in lessons!
I have a resource bank full of different worksheets we can go through together, as well as past paper questions that relate to the topic. As I will be teaching online, I will share my screen and use my Ipad to demonstrate, whilst talking over, the topic. First I will show you how to do a question, then I will go through a question with you to check you understand it and then finally try and get you to practice as much as you can. You will be given plenty of opportunity to ask questions and make mistakes, as I believe this is the best way to learn without feeling the pressure of having to be right immediately.
