Robert Khodadad

I am an award-winning versatile Photographer, Videographer and Director, with over 25 year’s experience in a range of genres including documentary, photojournalism, travel, portraiture and weddings.

I have been passionate about photography since I was 16 and went to study Applied Photography, Film and TV, gaining a first class honours.

My work has been published in numerous magazines, publications and on Television. I have always been a freelancer working with still and moving images, and my work is displayed at the National Museum of Photography. I have worked with dozens of celebrities and on a multitude of well-known UK TV shows and have been nominated for a BAFTA award.

I have taught many students – in groups, and one to one in the UK and abroad.

I live in Lancashire in the beautiful Forest and Bowland, and today I mostly concentrate on niche commercial and advertising work and weddings.

Whether it’s complicated multi-flash studio portraiture or simple iphone photography for social media, I have a deep technical and creative knowledge in photography that I would love to pass on to others.

My teaching style is relaxed and friendly, and I always aim to help to help students by allowing them to discover, nurture and develop their own passion and talents.
