In my lessons, I focus on creating a supportive, interactive, and hands-on environment where students feel confident exploring their instruments and expressing themselves musically. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, I will tailor each lesson to suit your specific goals and interests, ensuring you get the most out of every session.

We’ll start by building a strong foundation in technique, music theory, and instrument proficiency, whether you’re learning guitar, piano, vocals, or music production. From there, we can explore different musical styles, from rock and pop to classical and jazz, depending on what excites you. If you’re looking to work on performance skills, we can also focus on developing stage confidence and preparing for live or virtual performances.

My experience as a multi-instrumentalist and producer with a First-Class Music Degree and years of performing in orchestras, rock bands, jazz ensembles, and other groups, and composing/producing music for film and theatre allows me to provide well-rounded and diverse lessons. I also have experience leading musical groups, having directed a vocal ensemble at university and a wind band for students during sixth form, so I understand how to adapt lessons to different learning styles and abilities.

Throughout our lessons, I encourage creativity, helping you not only master your instrument but also develop your own musical voice. I want my students to enjoy the process of learning and leave each lesson feeling motivated, inspired, and ready to take the next step in their musical journey.
